Where our prices are shown as a range, the cost may vary depending on the type and complexity of the treatment. In these circumstances we will aways endeavour to give you an itemised breakdown of your treatment plan in advance of any treatment carried out.

0% APR finance is available for all treatments starting from £500 up to £30,000. Credit availability will be subject to your individual circumstances. You must be over 18 and earn an income to apply. Get in touch to see if you're eligible.

Payment Policy:
 

Our Payment Policy is that payment for each treatment is required in advance to secure any appointments.

We accept various payment methods, including Apple Pay, Debit Card, Credit Card and Bank Transfers.

To facilitate the cost of treatment, we offer finance plans. Please reach out to us before your appointment for more details, and note that credit checks will be conducted.

Before undergoing any treatment, you will receive a personalised treatment plan specifying the costs. Quotes are valid for 30 days, but it may be necessary to adjust the treatment plan, leading to potential cost changes. In such cases, our team will endeavour to inform you and seek your input on how to proceed.

Kindly be aware that failure to provide 48 hours' notice to change or cancel a scheduled appointment will result in a charge equivalent to £50 per half hour of clinical lost time.

We strive to accommodate your needs in rearranging appointments whenever possible. For optimal communication, we encourage you to provide us with as much notice as feasible, preferably via email, to avoid incurring these charges.


Cancellation Policy:

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, requiring you to cancel or reschedule your dental appointment. To ensure the efficient management of our schedule and to provide quality care to all our patients, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:

  1. Notification Period: We kindly request that you provide at least 48 business hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments.

  2. Cancellation Fee: Failure to provide the required notice will result in a cancellation fee being charged. The fee will be £50 per half an hour of clinical time lost.

  3. How to Notify Us: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible during our regular business hours. You can reach us by phone or by email.

  4. Exceptions: In cases of emergency or situations beyond your control, we understand that it may not be possible to adhere to the 48-hour notice period and we will take all valid circumstances into account. 

  5. Repeated Cancellations: Failure to attend two or more appointments may lead to further evaluation of your appointment scheduling privileges.​

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to our cancellation policy. By doing so, you help us maintain an organised schedule, allowing us to provide efficient and timely dental care to all our patients.
